Part-Time IFS Therapist (Independent Contractor)
Location: Virtual / Remote
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Part-Time)
Compensation: Competitive per-session rate based on experience
Start Date: August 18, 2025 or as soon as you can
Role Summary
As an IFS Psychotherapist, you will work with individuals navigating emotional, spiritual, and psychological healing using the Internal Family Systems model. This is a part-time, contractor role ideal for someone who wants flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client work within a supportive, values-aligned practice.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one IFS-informed therapy sessions (virtual)
Manage your own caseload and client communications
Maintain timely and secure session notes and documentation
Collaborate with the lead practitioner for referrals, alignment, and case support
Attend occasional check-in meetings or practice development sessions (virtually)
Uphold professional and ethical standards of care
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Registration and good standing with a regulatory body (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW, CCPA)
Completion of IFS Level 1 training (or equivalent experience with IFS model)
At least 2 years of direct clinical experience
Access to a confidential, secure space for virtual therapy
Self-motivated, organized, and committed to personal and professional integrity
Ideal Candidate
Has a deep appreciation for inner healing and spiritual integration
Is looking for part-time work that complements other commitments
Values autonomy but appreciates the support of a small, aligned team
Has interest or experience in identity work, trauma recovery, or soul care
Comfortable working with adult individuals (option to expand into groups or workshops in future)
