Are your services covered by insurance?
Our services are not covered by OHIP. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider prior to your session to see if Registered Psychotherapists or Social Workers are covered under your plan. We will provide you with a receipt following payment for services, which you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.
Please note that Encounter Coaching is not covered by insurance.
UPDATE: We now offer direct billing via Telus Health Services. Please see below for a list of some of the insurance companies we do direct billing for. Please connect with us to see if your insurance company is on the list.

We are happy to collaborate with your other healthcare providers and will obtain written consent from you prior to doing so.
What do I do if I am in crisis?
We are not available 24/7 and cannot respond in crisis situations. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
